An internal review of the hotel’s revenue driving daily, weekly and monthly procedures. An audit will be carried out to understand the decision making process, reporting capabilities and tools in place to manage revenue / reservations / events effectively.
Pricing Principles and Strategy:
Understand the pricing strategy in place for each segment / product, the rationale for price changes and how these are implemented. Identify the hotels optimum pricing strategy for each major segment. Review pricing strategies to ensure they are realistic and effective in the local market place.
Distribution Strategy:
Evaluate the hotels’ distribution structure for each of the main segments and assess the relevant performance. A review of the customer journey for direct, brand, web and TPI’s. Assess if the booking process is effective and accurate. Determine if the hotel has sufficient exposure with local high producing Online Travel Agents?
