Phase 2 a bespoke data warehouse TRevOR for the teams’ future use includes analysis of your client and booking trends (from Delphi) – allowing strategic action plans to be developed including:Understand lead time and seasonal performance – ensuring pricing and diary management strategies are aligned to demand. Know your booking and revenue conversion by client and sector – allowing sales activities to be focused accordingly. Identify booking conversion by co-ordinator – what approach enables them to convert more of their enquiries. Establish demand or conversion opportunities
Phase 3 - half day workshop, feedback and action planning session including a detailed report and recommendation package.
